At age 8, Jennifer Schuett was abducted from her bedroom and raped. Her throat was then slit from ear to ear, tearing her voice box. It may be a miracle, but Shuett (now 27), is now alive and well. She vividly remembers that night almost two decades ago as if it had happened yesterday.
If anything, this girl should be considered a hero. If I were raped and had my throat slit at age 8, I don't think I would be able to live a normal life. And not to mention, this girl is now trying to find her perpetrator. She's a boss, and I'm loving every second of it.
